Caferilik İnancını Tanıtma, Araştırma ve Eğitim Derneği Ashura Theatre Screenplay Competition — Personal Data Consent Form

I accept that I have read and understood the Privacy Notice provided to me by CAFERİLİK İNANCINI TANITMA, ARAŞTIRMA VE EĞİTİM DERNEĞİ (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"), and that I have been informed of my rights.

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), I give my free and explicit consent to the processing and transfer of my personal data (name, surname, occupation, age, contact details, etc.) shared during the competition application process, evaluation, award ceremony, and subsequent processes, for the specific purposes set out below.

In this context;

1. Promotion, Announcement, and Public Information Processes

In the event that I participate in the competition, become a finalist, or win an award, I consent to my name, surname, occupation, and (if any) photograph/video footage being disclosed to the public and processed on the Association's official website, social media accounts, press releases, and print/visual media such as newspapers and magazines, for the purpose of promoting and announcing the competition.

2. Commercial Electronic Communication and Contact Processes

I consent to my contact details (e-mail address, phone number) being processed for the purpose of informing me about other competitions, cultural events, projects, and association activities to be organised by the Association in the future, and to commercial electronic messages (SMS, e-mail) being sent to me.

3. Transfer to Third Parties and the Selection Committee (Jury)

I consent to my personal data and my screenplay file being transferred to members of the selection committee (jury) determined from outside the Association, and to the competition's partners and sponsors, for the purpose of evaluating my competition application.

4. Transfer of Data Abroad

I consent to my personal data being transferred abroad, since the digital infrastructure, cloud storage services, e-mail servers, or social media platform servers used during the application process may be located abroad.

Declaration of the Participant:

I declare that I have read the matters stated above, that I fully understand the purposes of processing my personal data and the transfer processes, that I have given this explicit consent of my own free will without being under any pressure, and that I am aware that I have the right to withdraw this explicit consent at any time by applying to the Association in writing.
